Sensory Fitness is dedicated to helping people move better and feel better! Using methods from sensory integration, integrative fitness, PRE-habilitation, and WeckMethod Rotational Movement Training©, sessions are catered toward individual needs, goals, and motivation. The focus for all sessions is to enjoy movement, stabilize joints, improve coordination, increase strength, and overall move better!

Adaptive fitness Sessions
Sensory Fitness uses a blend of sensory integration therapy and integrative fitness for kids and adults who struggle with sensory difficulties, difficulty with movement, or just want to get in shape! Adaptive sessions are catered toward individual sensory, movement, and other adaptive needs. Each person is given sensory, primitive reflex, and vision assessments to develop the best and appropriate fitness program to meet the individual where they are. The focus for all sessions is to enjoy movement, stabilize joints, improve coordination, increase strength, and overall move better while modifying the environment and accommodating extra needs with the use of sensory strategies. Private sessions and small classes are available.
